The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL, supporting daily housekeeping operations across assigned facilities. This role assists in planning and coordinating cleaning schedules, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring all areas meet company cleanliness and safety requirements. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager helps lead housekeeping staff, provides training on procedures and use of equipment, and supports performance feedback.

Responsibilities include overseeing laundry services, maintaining inventory of supplies, handling service requests, and addressing client concerns in a timely and professional manner. The role also supports hiring activities for housekeeping staff and collaborates with management to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience with Hiring housekeeping or cleaning staff.
• Candidates should possess hands‑on experience with Laundry operations and related housekeeping tasks.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to respond to client needs professionally.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and management.
• Experience in commercial cleaning, hospitality, or facility maintenance is beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site, including standing, walking, and lifting moderate loads as part of daily duties.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety protocols is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience in housekeeping or related fields is a plus.
