Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabrication, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Clean and maintain water quality in a safe and sanitary manner
- Regularly check water readings, filters, pumps, valves, tanks, gauges, baskets, and vents
- Monitor machine operations
- Monitor and adjust water quality equipment to ensure proper function and efficiency
- Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, skimmers, filtration, and cleaning equipment
- Previous experience in fabrication or a similar role
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of tools and equipment
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, and water quality (preferred, but willingness to learn)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week

Managing the day-to-day operations of a lagoon effectively and efficiently is what we do. Our nationwide experience with lagoon technology and systems ensures that the lagoon is always blue. We manage the routine operation and maintenance of lagoon filtration, pneumatic and electrical systems, telemetry systems, and chemical systems. We conduct all chemical and bacterial testing to keep in compliance with county and state regulations.
We perform manual cleaning of the lagoon, additive and equipment ordering and inventory upkeep, wildlife removal, amenity upkeep, and facilitation of major and minor lagoon re-construction projects.
