These aren't just vacation rentals; they are curated lifestyle experiences. From private docks and cold plunges to saunas and professional‑grade putting greens, we provide the ultimate "Orlando Waterfront" stay. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, utilizing advanced systems like Click Up and Owner Rez to ensure our properties are always in "Showroom Condition."

Elite Property Portfolio: You’ll be responsible for the stewardship of six distinct, high‑value lakefront assets. Whether it’s the wellness‑focused amenities at Jessamine Dream or the sprawling grounds of Lake Lucy, your work directly maintains some of the most serene and upscale stays in Orlando.

Expansion & Innovation: We are in an active growth phase. From relaunching and stabilizing the Silver Star (Lake Lucy) estate to acquiring adjacent acreage for expansion, you will be at the ground floor of a growing company.

The "Wellness Resort" Standard: Unlike traditional STRs, our properties feature high‑maintenance, high‑reward amenities like cold plunges, saunas, bocce ball courts, heated pools, and fitness centers. You will lead the charge in ensuring these specialized features are always 5-star ready.

Entrepreneurial Autonomy: We value "grit" and proactive ownership. As we restructure these properties and scale our operations, you will have the opportunity to influence how we manage, market, and maintain this elite Orlando geography. We are always improving our properties and adding new amenities.

Tech‑Driven Operations: We leave nothing to chance. You’ll use google voice to manage guest communications, and a task management software for vendor scheduling, preventative maintenance, ensuring 100% accountability and seamless execution.

The Head of Property Maintenance is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who takes pride in maintaining properties in true showroom condition. This is not a desk‑based position—you are the on‑site steward of our six flagship lakefront estates:
Jessamine Dream, Clear Lake Casa, and Lake Lucy Estate in Orlando. Sweet Escape, Great Escape Lakeside and Great Escape Parkside in Clermont.

You will be responsible for the physical maintenance, aesthetic presentation, and functionality of each property, including repairs, outdoor upkeep, building things, and ongoing improvements. The role requires strong technical “handyman” skills, physical stamina, and the ability to coordinate vendors while tracking work through our project management systems.

You will report directly to the leadership team and work closely with our virtual assistant team to ensure guest feedback and operational notes are quickly translated into action on the ground. Please note this position has access to a company truck.

Maintain daily communication with leadership and collaborate closely with the VA team

Keep all properties in 5-star, showroom condition

Perform hands‑on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across all properties

Maintain exterior grounds, irrigation, pools, hot tubs, and outdoor features

Conduct interior quality‑control walkthroughs, deep cleans (biannually), and timely repairs

Manage supplies, closets, sheds, and inventory to keep properties organized and functional

Build, repair, and enhance amenities in cost‑effective, budget‑conscious ways

Respond to guest‑related maintenance issues and emergency service calls promptly

Protect profitability by correcting guest issues, reducing refunds, and identifying improvement opportunities
