Role Description

The Inspector role is a full-time, on-site position based in Orlando, FL. In this role, the Inspector conducts thorough residential and commercial property inspections to identify pest, wildlife, and lawn-related issues, and documents findings accurately. The Inspector explains inspection results and recommended treatments to clients, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and performing inspections, preparing reports, adhering to safety and regulatory standards, and coordinating with service teams to implement effective solutions.

The role also involves maintaining inspection tools and vehicles, following company procedures, and supporting McCall’s commitment to quality and community impact.

Qualifications
  • Ability to conduct detailed property inspections, assess pest and wildlife activity, and document findings clearly and accurately.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in accessible terms and build trust with clients.
  • Basic knowledge of pest control, wildlife management, or related fields; willingness to learn company protocols and industry best practices.
  • Comfort working outdoors and in varied environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and commercial facilities, while following safety guidelines.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to travel locally to customer locations.
  • Solid time management and organizational skills to handle multiple inspections, reports, and follow-ups each day.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in pest control, wildlife management, or related areas is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with reliability, integrity, and a focus on providing excellent service.
