Siegel Suites - - Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance to turn units and complete work orders;
Perform monthly preventative maintenance on all units;
Supervise and train maintenance assistants and coordinate turnover efficiencies;
Coordinate with the property manager and vendors to ensure timely service and readiness of units;
Respond to tenant emergencies on on-call basis and maintain OSHA-compliant shop and areas
