Role SummaryThe Onsite Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance of buildings and grounds at HOA residential communities, under direction of the General Manager.
Responsibilities- Perform daily general and preventative maintenance to ensure facilities and grounds are safe, clean, attractive, and efficient.
- Complete routine cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance on buildings, structures, equipment, sidewalks, and drainage systems.
- Operate light equipment and vehicles (e.g., cars, pickup trucks, utility vehicles) as needed.
- Utilize a variety of manual and powered tools, including hand tools, landscaping equipment, and maintenance machinery.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations (e.g., debris removal, spills, broken windows/locks) to prevent hazardous conditions.
