+ Performs landscaping of grounds.

+ Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic of the premises.

+ Removes debris and addresses hazardous conditions to ensure a safe environment.

+ Assists contractors and vendors with on-site events or maintenance activities.

+ Cares for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, and trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls.

+ Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons to ensure year-round upkeep.

+ Directs and leads the work of others, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

+ Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

+ Performs a variety of complicated tasks requiring a certain degree of creativity and latitude.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
* + Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field [Required]

+ Ability to maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition [Required]
