Balloon Handler - Event Operations

JOB SUMMARY:

Serves as parade assistant for Universal's Holiday Parade featuring Macy's handling balloons, crowd control, lock-down, parade escort and clean-up.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Handles large balloons before, during and after the parade.

+ Walks alongside parade floats and communicates with float driver to ensure the safety of Guests and Team Members during the parade.

+ Assists in cleaning the parade route after parade.

+ Assists with lock-down and crowd control before and during parade.

+ Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

+ Team Members must be a minimum of 125lbs and able to handle up to 50lbs on balloon.

+ Must be at least 16 years of age
