Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a maintenance technician for a Private Community in Florida. The role involves maintaining outdoor and indoor facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety and operational readiness of Rec facilities, pool, courts, and common areas.
The successful candidate will work with building personnel to meet standards, perform routine inspections, complete work orders, and follow safety procedures. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in hot, humid conditions is required.
