Job Description Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform various general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge in low-voltage, three phase, hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, boilers, molds, grinders, melters, and blowers.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Coordinate repair schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot issues with mechanical systems and equipment, providing effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs promptly.

• Proven experience in a maintenance role with a strong mechanical background.
• Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with reading schematics and working with logic controllers is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent organizational skills.
