If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. ACI, Advanced Coatings Inc., is looking for a Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift at our Oshkosh, WI location.

• Develop and implement routine preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment such as drive belt inspection and adjustment, bearing inspection and lubrication, and filter cleaning and/or replacement
• Perform equipment diagnostics and repairs as needed
• Assess most suitable resolution (in house or outsource) as required
• Measure and document paint booth air velocity, inspect and document fire extinguishers and eyewash stations
• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Fabricate special tooling and guarding
• Seek and implement continuous improvement ideas from others as well as their own original contributions
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested

Seeking experience in operation of equipment including welders, plasma cutters, drill press, and hand held tools including drills, grinders, and a variety of saws.
