Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Position

Housekeeper (Full time and Part time) at Ascension Mercy Hospital, 500 South Oakwood Road, Oshkosh, WI 54904.

Full time and part time schedules; days may vary, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Shift options include 2nd shift with premium incentive.

$17.00 to $17.50 per hour.

• Provides quality customer service to patients, families and visitors.
• Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers and disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers; wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes up and changes linens on beds as required.
• Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
• Responds to guest queries and housekeeping requests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Prior housekeeping and cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to perform essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
