We're looking for a dependable, motivated Property Maintenance Technician to help keep two exceptional communities—Fair Acres Townhomes in Oshkosh and Kenwood Senior Living in Ripon—safe, beautiful, and welcoming for our residents.

What You'll Do- Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally
- Perform apartment turnovers, including repairs, painting, and preparation for new residents
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, and other building systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance to keep our properties operating at their best
- Maintain attractive grounds and common areas through seasonal upkeep
- Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and exterior maintenance as needed
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and help ensure resident safety
- Work closely with property management to provide outstanding customer service
- Experience in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to resident satisfaction
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between Oshkosh and Ripon
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors in all seasons

Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor all interior and exterior for maintenance issues. Perform inspections of all apartments, buildings, and common areas.
- Maintain and keep all tools and equipment in acceptable working conditions and work area neat and clean.
- Electrical: replace or fix outlets, light switches, fixtures, and breakers.
