Eden Senior Care’s Lakeshore Manor in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance team. The ideal schedule is 4–5 days per week at 4 hours per day or 2–3 days per week at 8 hours per day, with duties spanning safety inspections and ground upkeep.
You will help keep equipment and utilities in good working order, ensure compliance with safety, fire, and building regulations, and assist with daily rounds, work orders, and basic repair tasks.
