The Oshkosh YMCA is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Maintenance/Housekeeping staff member. This early morning position is ideal for those who want to work before the rest of the world wakes up—freeing up your afternoons and evenings!
Key Duties:- Snow removal and lawn care
- Light ice arena maintenance, including driving a Zamboni (we’ll train you!)
- Ice arena locker room cleaning
- General light maintenance throughout the building
- Consistent, early morning hours—enjoy your afternoons off!
- All paid training provided—no experience necessary
- Work in a friendly, supportive environment
- Make a real impact in your community
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as snow removal and light cleaning
