Maintenance Coordinator

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to keep our assisted living and memory care community safe, comfortable, and home-like for residents. In this on-site role, you'll perform daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety checks on apartments, common areas, and equipment. You'll respond to work orders, coordinate with outside vendors, and help with room turns and set-ups. Working closely with caregiving teams, you'll support a resident-first, family-oriented environment where dignity, independence, and comfort are the top priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building, systems, and equipment
• Respond promptly to resident and staff maintenance requests
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs and inspections
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the community
• Maintain maintenance logs, records, and work orders
• Manage basic inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
• Support room turns and setup for new residents or events
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection-control standards
