The Parts Runner/Shop Helper supports operations by picking up and delivering parts, supplies, and materials in a timely and safe manner. This position helps maintain inventory accuracy, assists the shop department with daily tasks, and ensures technicians receive needed parts efficiently and accurately.

• Pick up parts, equipment, and materials to and from vendors, supply houses, and job sites as needed.
• Assist with stocking parts room and keeping parts inventory.
• Dependable, self-starter, and hard-working.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the shop and yard.
• Wash equipment and trucks.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Verify orders and ensure accurate delivery of parts.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

• Must have a valid Class D Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication with internal and external customers.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to think and react quickly.
• Time Management and prioritization.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• CDL preferred but not required.

The hourly rate will be determined and commensurate with the candidate's skill and experience level and access to full benefits, including 401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Position to be employed by New Look Enterprise, LLC but 100% of this position will be within the operation of Allstate Pavement Recycling and Stabilization Inc. New Look Enterprise, LLC is a management company that employs non-union employees.
