Role

Description:

The Banquet Server will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service during events, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the event team with the setup, execution, and cleanup of functions. The role involves working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.

• Provide food and beverage service during events to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with setup, execution, and cleanup of functions
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service

• Customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and guest satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of proper food handling and service etiquette
• Ability to carry trays, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks
• Attention to detail in table settings, presentation, and cleanliness
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume event settings
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively
• Smart Serve certification is required
