Overview Cook

• Reporting to the kitchen manager, the cook is responsible for assembling, cooking, plating, and garnishing all food products according to Boston Pizza specifications.
• Ensure meals are prepared promptly following Boston Pizza recipes, assembly manuals, and charts.
• Verify that all delivered products meet Boston Pizza standards and that invoicing matches in quantity and quality.
• Prepare and adhere to a daily prep sheet to monitor inventory levels and requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times, following checklists and cleaning schedules.
• Care for and maintain all food service equipment; identify equipment needs for food prep and service.
• Ensure food quality by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, storage, and sanitation.
• Promote a positive team environment within the restaurant.
• Perform additional kitchen duties as required by the manager.

Hourly Rate: $17.20 to $30.00 for 30-40 hours/week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Full-time and permanent
