Food & Beverage Server
Location: Loch March Golf & Country Club, Ottawa, Ontario
Reports To: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Seasonal
Salary: $17.60 CAD plus gratuities

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring that all guests are served to the highest standard in the Restaurant/ Bar/ Lounge Areas and that all orders and tasks are done in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Promote a positive teamwork environment.
• Greet guests and present them with the menu within a timely manner.
• Inform guests of any specials or menu changes.
• Take orders from the guest on the order taking pads and ensure they reach the kitchen and POS system timely.
• Ensure all sales and processed and polices are followed regarding payment.
• Filling in for absent staff when needed
• Preform basic cleaning tasks and open/closing duties given by supervisor.
• Ensure all Health and safety polices are followed.
• Answer phone to ensure golfers orders are ready.
• Adhere and follow all dress code polices.
• Prepare drinks and be able to manage the bar area.
Required Skills/Abilities
- WHMIS training required.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Exceptional customer service ski
- Smart Serve required.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended period of standing
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs,
Hours of work:
Flexible hours, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
