What You’ll Do
As a member of our Leadership Team, you’ll partner with the General Manager to:
- Lead and energize your team with a hospitality-first approach
- Drive performance by improving service, increasing sales, and maximizing profitability
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Mentor Assistant Managers and Supervisors
- Manage day-to-day floor operations and step in for the GM when needed
- Inspire a culture of excellence and fun — every shift
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
- Proven ability to motivate, support, and elevate others
- Strong communication and people skills — calm under pressure and clear under stress
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- A growth mindset and a desire to keep getting better
- Experience in training and development is a major asset
