Evaluate and problem-solve building issues with the maintenance team;
Take ownership of all equipment in the building and respond to calls/incidents to minimize downtime;
Perform preventive maintenance checks on equipment and repair parts as needed;
Troubleshoot machine issues with knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and facilities maintenance;
Provide maintenance support to all areas of the distribution center and uphold safety and OSHA standards
