Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities:
Maintain the overall operation of the maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the hotel;
Administer the company's maintenance and life safety programs including logging and following up on maintenance requests;
Supervise external contractors who may be employed by the hotel to carry out maintenance work;
Communicate with Assistant General Manager, OM and/or General Manager on a regular basis regarding the condition of the building and related systems;
Ensure proper operation of hotel equipment and systems including life safety, telecommunications, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, kitchen and laundry Equipment and related systems
