Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities:
Maintain the overall operation of the hotel's maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the property;
Supervise external contractors who may be employed to carry out maintenance work;
Log and follow up on maintenance requests and issues;
Communicate with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager regarding condition of building and systems;
Adhere to company policies and life-safety procedures
