Description
The Maintenance Technician, skilled in electronics and control programs, has a significant impact on equipment utilization and reliability ing the ability to read schematics, diagnose PLC programs, utilize software to support troubleshooting, identify improvements, and implement root cause solutions ensures we are operating equipment at optimum conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical controls, and electrical distribution.
- Perform troubleshooting on Ether Net/IP, CANopen, Profinet, Modbus and implement corrective actions.
- Allen Bradley software including CCW, RSLogix
5000, Studio
5000, and FTView Studio - Siemens software including TIA Portal, Step 7 and WinCC
- Understand and utilize FANUC and Wittmann robot programming software
- Communication software including Prosoft, Anybus and RSLinx
- Drive software including Baumuller Prodrive, Studio
5000, Drive Executive, CCW and Vectron Inverter Manager. - Understand and configure network and USB drivers.
- Safely diagnose and repair DC and AC systems
