Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 / hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Enjoy your evenings and weekends! Includes an on-call rotation).

As a vital part of our team, no two days will look exactly the same. You will:
- Lead Facility Care:
Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for our residential homes and office buildings. - Own Projects:
Handle routine and complex repairs; collaborate with and oversee specialized contractors to ensure high-quality work. - Champion Safety:
Maintain safety standards for emergency evacuations and ensure all properties are hazard-free. - Manage Seasonal Operations:
Keep our sites safe and accessible year-round by managing lawn care and snow removal across agency locations.
- Experience:
2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience is preferred. - Qualifications:
High school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance. - Certifications:
Ability to obtain an OSHA 10-Hour certification within your first 6 months (we will help you get this!). - Physical Readiness:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and comfortably work in confined spaces or at elevations. - Flexibility:
Ready to participate in a shared on-call rotation to handle occasional after-hours emergencies.
