Our client, an industry leader in property management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance professional to join their team. As a Property Maintenance technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the rehab and turnover of vacant units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Perform prep work for the turnover of vacant units, including removal of items, cleaning, and painting
• Follow instructions accurately to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Work independently to manage daily responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively
• Assist with general maintenance and repair activities as needed
• Ensure all work areas are maintained in a safe and organized manner

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in property maintenance or rehab work is preferred
• Credential requirements: 100006, 100000, 100038
