Conduct maintenance travel paths and prioritize preventive and routine maintenance within the restaurant.;
Support Area Facilities team with issues requiring additional support and perform basic to intermediate repairs on cooking equipment (troubleshooting, cleaning, sanitizing, calibrating).;
Perform basic HVAC tasks (changing air filters and belts, monitor cleanliness, basic cleaning).;
Perform basic plumbing work including caulking and sealing as needed.;
Maintain fryer system by ensuring oil filtration, keeping fryers clean, and controlling grease buildup.
