• General Venue Cleanliness: Ensure the venue is consistently clean and well‑maintained.
• Interior & Exterior Cleaning: Conduct thorough cleaning of both the inside and outside areas of the property.
• Landscaping Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the landscaping to enhance the venue's aesthetic appeal.
• Power Washing & Trash Removal: Perform power washing and ensure all trash is properly disposed of.
• Furniture & Fixtures Maintenance: Maintain and care for furniture and fixtures throughout the property.
• Seasonal Painting: Participate in seasonal painting tasks to keep the venue looking fresh.

• Previous experience in property maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
