Execute aspects of preventive maintenance and repair strategy for assigned restaurants;
Plan and prioritize preventive and routine maintenance; coordinate with Area Facilities team as needed;
Maintain cooking equipment including troubleshooting, cleaning, sanitizing, and performing basic to intermediate repairs;
Provide basic HVAC support such as changing air filters/belts and cleaning functions;
Conduct basic plumbing work including caulking and sealant application; maintain fryer system with oil filtration and cleanliness;
Cross-train to support Restaurant Leader or Area Facilities Team as needed
