Job Overview
Maintenance Supervisor – Retreat of Shawnee, KS
The role involves supervising maintenance staff, ensuring timely repairs and preventive maintenance across a 342‑unit community.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise maintenance personnel.
- Conduct and oversee minor repairs: replace ceiling tiles, filters, light bulbs, patch vinyl, paint, repair pipelines, toilets, sinks, kitchen and laundry facilities.
- Maintain office equipment, computer systems, electrical projects, and light construction work.
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors.
- Plan and schedule preventative maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Must have management experience to be considered.
Previous experience in residential or apartment maintenance preferred.
Compensation & BenefitsHourly rate: $19.00–$23.00.
