Maintenance Supervisor​/Lead

Position Title: Lead Maintenance Technician*

• Organize and direct maintenance programs and staff throughout the apartment property
• Assign and schedule work orders to maintenance team members
• Follow up with all service requests
• Assist with supervision of Make‑Ready (unit turning) program
• Maintain adequate parts and appliance inventory at all times
• Oversee completion of Preventive Maintenance Program and implement Price Brothers Safety program
• Consistently review the performance and activities of maintenance staff

• 2–3 years of multi‑family maintenance experience (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role
• Knowledge of building trades and codes
• Previous experience with HVAC systems
• Excellent supervisory, training and organizational skills
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair)
• Flexibility to work on‑call and weekends as needed
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
• Valid driver license and any other licenses or certifications required by the state
• HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II or Universal)
