Housekeeping Associate

The Opportunity

Saint Luke's South is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to be responsible for the cleanliness of our facility. As a member of the Environmental Services Department, you will be instrumental in fighting against hospital infection. Our priority is patient care as we interact with patients daily and have the opportunity to bring something positive to their day to ensure Saint Luke's is "The Best Place To Get Care, The Best Place To Give Care."

• Full time position – five‑day work week
• Mornings (Monday to Friday)
• Rotating weekends (Every other weekend)

• Accountable for cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, bathrooms, floors, and offices.
• Removing trash, wiping surfaces, and any other tasks related to cleaning.
• Each housekeeper is responsible for own trash/linen/bio removal and must be able to lift 50 lbs.

We are looking for someone excited about working with people and who has a positive attitude, strong customer‑service skills, willingness to work, flexibility, ability to work without guidance, eagerness to learn, and is not afraid to ask questions. The candidate should be able to be on their feet all day and be a team player.
