Cleaning Attendant

Position: Cleaning Attendant (Part Time or Full Time, Hourly)

Reports to: Assistant General Manager

The cleaning attendant will maintain club cleanliness and manage daily cleaning and deep cleaning checklists, ensuring a welcoming, safe and healthy environment.

• Greet members and guests professionally
• Perform cleaning activities per the playbook and checklists
• Operate with a sense of urgency to complete tasks on time
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide information about Crunch brand offerings when needed

• Ability to meet performance expectations and passion for cleanliness
• Experience in a service‑oriented or cleaning environment preferred
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

• Frequent lifting or moving up to 50 pounds and standing or bending for prolonged periods

Not required.

• $12–$14/hour
