Sanitation Associate
The Sanitation Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment through cleaning, sanitizing, and general housekeeping activities.
Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize equipment, machinery, and work areas following established procedures
- Perform general janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and facility upkeep
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support daily operations
- Use cleaning chemicals and sanitation products safely and effectively
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures
- Assist with moving materials, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, sanitation, janitorial, housekeeping, or general labor environments preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable using cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manufacturing environment
- Fast-paced setting with cleaning and sanitation responsibilities
- Requires standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motions throughout the shift

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
