Part-Time Cleaning Technician

Overview

Homeland Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaning Technician to maintain the cleanliness of vacant units at an apartment complex in Owensboro, KY. This part-time position offers 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours — no nights, no weekends — with a flexible schedule. No experience necessary.

• Clean and maintain vacant apartment units, including sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure office spaces remain clean and organized.
• Maintain outdoor areas by picking up debris and keeping the grounds tidy.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the Site Manager and Regional Property Manager.

• Strong reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Paid vacation based on hours worked per week.
• Flexible scheduling for part-time employees.
• Eligibility for additional benefits may be subject to a grace period.
