ScheduleMonday-Friday | 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM
Pay ScheduleWeekly - Every Friday
What the job looks like- Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
- Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean glass and doors.
- Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Must have 1-2 years team lead or management experience.
- Steel toed shoes or boots required.
- Company-provided shirts to wear on the job site.
- Paid training.
- Referral bonus for Team Members who refer qualified applicants hired by Frantz (ask HR for the details).
- Health, dental, vision, life, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage. Benefits are effective the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
