Connected Solutions Technician - AM Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic medical equipment
• Diagnose and resolve issues with network-connected devices, including servers and PoE switches
• Maintain and configure computer and network equipment post-install (systems, peripherals, configurations)
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance and service schedules across assigned customers
• Perform in-field depot-level repairs on internal mechanical and electrical components
• Utilize OEM service documentation for root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support product installations, system implementations, and configuration activities
• Participate in on-call service support as scheduled

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience servicing medical devices
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and networked systems
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP and connected device environments
• Experience troubleshooting PoE switches, servers, and connected systems
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirements
• Associate degree or technical/trade certification in a related field (preferred)
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, MCSE, or MCSA (preferred)
• Experience working with FDA-regulated medical devices (preferred)

Estimated base salary: $56,000 - $77,000. Salary based on location, skills, and experience.
