Schedule: Part-Time / Year Round with some flexibility for hours based on the needs of the property
What we are offering:
- $14.00-$16.00/HR
- The chance to gain experience in the property management industry and grow with the company
- Meticulously maintain curb appeal.
- Keep all public access and interior areas in an attractive, comfortable condition (leasing office, models, amenities, bathrooms, etc.), including daily tidying, trash removal, and cleaning.
- Assist other maintenance team members and perform light maintenance tasks as directed, including painting on turns/make-readies, assisting with work tickets, placing work area signage, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to turn/make-ready (trash outs).
- This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening (THC not tested).
