Perform cleaning duties in bathrooms, and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces to meet cleanliness and safety standards;
Ensure all amenities are replenished according to policies and guest expectations;
Clean and sanitize public areas such as the gaming floor, lobby, bathrooms, and hallways to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests;
Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or assistance in a prompt and professional manner;
Report maintenance issues such as faulty equipment, broken furniture, or plumbing problems to the supervisor or maintenance team promptly
