Avery Dennison is seeking a Maintenance Team Manager to lead the Engineered Films Plant's Maintenance group in Concord, Ohio. You will plan and direct maintenance activities to support safety, quality, and production, and minimize unplanned downtime through preventative maintenance and TPM systems.
You will train and coach staff, implement TPM/TPR initiatives, manage maintenance projects, and oversee capital upgrades, CIP, and AFE processes to drive reliability and cost efficiency.
