Winn Companies is looking for an organized
Cleaner to join our military team in Fort Campbell, KY
.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing cleaning functions in homes, community offices, and common areas as necessary. You will also be responsible for providing training, direction, and guidance, while implementing best practices and ensuring that properly-approved chemicals are used in properly-labeled containers.
Please note that this position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL , effective May 7, 2025, a REAL driver's license/ required in order to access the federal facility.
Responsibilities- Responsible for such scheduled functions as cleaning entire homes including bathrooms, appliances thoroughly throughout.
- Complete work quickly and efficiently in order to meet project deadlines and to reduce home vacancy.
- Responsible for carrying and maintaining all cleaning supplies necessary to satisfactorily perform routine functions.
- Perform Quality Control checks on cleaning teams to ensure time and quality expectations are met.
- Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the cleaning team.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and direction to cleaning team members.
- Work as member of a team with new associates to train best practices and meet deadlines and performance standards.
- May be responsible for other common area cleaning including trash pick-up doggie waste station and community trash removal.
- Currently enrolled in a high school program.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- Ability to understand spoken and written English.
- Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
