LACOSTA is hiring experienced Industrial Sanitation Technicians for a large, fast-paced industrial cleaning project. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and frequent overtime available due to a high volume of work. Employees are guaranteed at least 8 hours per day and should expect extended shifts on a regular basis.

Job Schedule: Monday–Friday + Frequent Overtime

1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

$22.00–$28.00/hour (based on experience)

Help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment by performing a variety of industrial cleaning and general labor tasks, including:

• High-pressure washing of equipment and facility areas
• Industrial cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment
• General labor tasks as assigned
• Safe use and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Following all safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines
• Working efficiently as part of a structured team
• Completing additional cleaning tasks as needed to meet production and project demands

This is a physically demanding position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing, and repetitive cleaning throughout the shift.

• Previous industrial cleaning or pressure washing experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, equipment, and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals
• Ability to work extended hours as needed in a fast-paced environment
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Required PPE includes steel-toed boots, safety vest, safety glasses, hearing protection (ear plugs), and any additional PPE as required
• Must remove all jewelry and accessories before entering the work area
