PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known reputable company in Owensboro, KY. We are now accepting resumes for a Maintenance & Custodial Technician who is dependable, a team player and dependable.

Hours:

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday

Job Summary:

• Perform routine building inspections and identify repair needs.
• Complete minor repairs including plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks.
• Replace light bulbs, filters, and other building components.
• Maintain HVAC systems and report major issues.
• Assemble, move, and repair furniture and equipment.
• Assist with grounds maintenance, including snow removal and landscaping as needed.
• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, lobbies, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements and

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment, power tools, and custodial machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and cleaning machines.
