Immediate Hire - Part Time Apartment Porter
Bluegrass Villas, Owensboro, KY
SchedulePart‑time, year‑round with flexible hours based on property needs.
Compensation and Benefits- $14.00–$16.00 per hour
- Opportunity to work outdoors and learn the property management industry
- Meticulously maintain curb appeal.
- Keep all public access and interior areas in an attractive, comfortable condition, including leasing office, model units, amenities, and bathrooms; perform daily tidying, trash removal, and cleaning.
- Assist other maintenance team members and perform light maintenance tasks as directed, such as painting turns/make‑readies, assisting with work tickets, and placing work area signage.
- Assist in preparing market‑ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to turns/make‑readies (trash outs).
The role requires pre‑employment screening, including a criminal background check and a drug screening (THC is not checked).
