We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. Maintenance is a cornerstone of our hotel’s operational success, and we are looking for a high-caliber professional who takes pride in ensuring a seamless guest experience. Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

The duties required while performing this job are the ability to see, hear, reach, stand, stoop, bend, and crouch up to 8 hours on a daily basis. Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. During your daily shift you will be required to stand, move, walk, bend and stoop regularly.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance.
• Maintain inventory of repair supplies and equipment.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of hotel amenities and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations.
• Document maintenance activities and report major issues to management.

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be available to work any day of the week and work early morning schedules.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of hotel/Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Willing to do heavy lifting.
  
  Must be willing to go under background check.

Working in a hotel, you must be comfortable working with other individuals in a shared open space. No set deadlines, as duties and tasks can change daily. You must be able to prioritize your day based on the tasks provided and open to changes or additions to your job each day. Must be able to work well with others. Remaining customer friendly and professional throughout your work day.

Hours and scheduling will vary from week-to-week basis and no amount of hours is guaranteed. This will be based on demand of business.
