Maintain and repair core restaurant equipment (grills, fryers, refrigeration, beverage systems, ice machines);
Perform preventive maintenance and follow maintenance guidelines;
Conduct interior and exterior facilities upkeep including lighting, plumbing, HVAC;
Ensure safety and compliance with food safety and OSHA standards;
Communicate equipment status to General Manager and coordinate with approved vendors for major repairs
