Platinum Cleaning Services is seeking dependable, detail‑oriented cleaners to join our team on a part‑time and full‑time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working independently, and value delivering excellent service to clients in their homes.

• Maintain a positive company image through professional and friendly client communication.
• Clean and sanitize residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain overall cleanliness of client homes.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.
• Clean company‑owned supplies and equipment daily.
• Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures to ensure quality service.
• Properly dispose of trash.
• Alert management to any customer feedback, supply needs, or safety concerns.
• Occasionally use email or calendar apps to manage appointments or communication.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company's brand standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
  • At least 1 year of professional housekeeping or related cleaning experience is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of general customer service experience is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong customer relationship and service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Part‑time and full‑time positions available.
• Part‑time roles may have the opportunity to grow into full‑time positions based on client demand, scheduling needs, and employee availability.

• Reliable transportation is a must to travel to and from client locations.
