Anderson Estates in Oxford, MS is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to lead the maintenance operations of our 49-home community

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
  • Strong HVAC experience
  • EPA Type II or Universal certification strongly preferred
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to after-hours/emergency maintenance needs
  • Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day maintenance operations for the community
  • Complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment make-readies
  • Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls
  • Coordinate vendors and assist with maintenance team oversight
  • Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Help ensure the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained
  • Follow OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and company policies
  • Deliver professional, responsive service to residents
  • Take ownership of the physical condition and overall appearance of the community
