We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at the beautiful
Links at Oxford Apartments! The Maintenance Director oversees all maintenance of the Apartment units and Office Clubhouse. Being reliable with attention to detail is the first step to becoming a Maintenance Director. The intention is to ensure the company facilities are maintained and sufficient to support the company’s business operations.

• Assigning Tasks, creating processes for assigning, completing and reporting on maintenance requests.
• Hiring and training new employees.
• Inspectingsystemssuchasplumbing,heatingandHVACsystems.
• Ensure health and safety policies are compliant.
• Monitorequipmentinventoryandplaceorderswhennecessary.
• Perform any special projects assigned by the Community Director
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Maintenance Department, including but not limited to:budgeting,scheduling, training, quality control,safetyandcompliance.
• Coordinate communication between management and staff regarding the status ofmaintenanceprojects
• Inspectbuildingfor signsofstructuraldamageorotherissuesthat couldbeasafetyviolation.
• Coordinatewithcontractorstotakepreventativemaintenanceupdates.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Proven experience with maintenance repairs or management.
• Knowledgeoffacilitiesmachines and equipment
• Solidunderstandingoftechnicalaspectsofplumbing,carpentry,and electrical systems.
• Abilitytomaintainleadershipskillsthroughalldailytasks
• Experienceinplanningmaintenanceoperations.
• Must be available toworkweekends,evening,and holidays as scheduled.
